      Limi valley is an ancient and rarely visited valley situated at the far western corner of Nepal.             Kagmara phoksundo and lower dolpo trekking

            Dolpo is situated in the middle of the Tibetan plateau and the Dhaulagiri ranges lying to the western part of Nepal is an isolated area and one of the remote destination. It lies within the Shy Phoksundo National Park of the midwestern part. It is one of the isolated part lying in the corner of Nepal as it lies in high altitude so the area will be closed most of the year due to snow and blocked by a series of very high passes.             The trek starts from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj by bus. Then we fly to Jyphal (2353m) and after arriving we travel Dunai, Roha, Regi, Ringmo village which is near Phoksundo lake where we take rest and explore the beauty. Then we head to Pungmi village and finally to the destination Kagmara base camp which is the most remote region. Though the trekking is easy but during November and May snowfalls which makes the trek dangerous. The trail offers us with the beautiful lakes and Himalayan sceneries and also a wide range of wild animals and vegetation such as pine, walnut, willow, oak, cypress, etc.

                The region has other interesting parts which are very important and beautiful like Khaptard Lake, Surmasarowar Lake, Sankha pass, etc. We need special permit to visit Api and Saipal region as it is restricted area.
