Adventure high pass pvt ltd is a government registered trekking, tour and expedition operator in Nepal. We are bounded under certain rules and regulation of Nepal Government. We encourage you to read the teams and condition for any activities like trekking, tours, travel, hotel booking, rafting, junglesafari,  and mountaineering which helps to  reduce certain misunderstanding among you and Adventure high pass tour and travel company. We heartly request you to read terms and conditions before booking your trip with us.

How to Booking and Payment:

When you are processing for booking our packages your passport photo copy , one passport size photo and 20% of the total amount is required to pay in advance for reservation of a Ticket, permit process and many more that required to prepare before the trip time. The remaining payment can be made after your arrival in Nepal before the trip starts.

Note:Clietns can attache the require photos and passport photocopy into the mail or fax.

 

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance package to all our clients from your side. The insurance must cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation, loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects etc. 

Risk and Liabilities’

 

All the Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective country. We are not liable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in rules and regulations of country, government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of vehicle, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall be paid by the clients themselves. 

Postpone the trip

A written notice should be sent to us 15days prior to the trip departure date for Nepal and for Bhutan and Tibet 25 days.

 

In case of postpone of Tibet and Bhutan Tour, current trip cancellation charge will be charged as per the of the country role. It solely depends upon the ongoing policy of our sister agents in Tibet and Bhutan.

Trip Cancellation

If you intend to cancel your trip for any reasons for your tour, you need to write it to us30 days prior to your trip departure date. The company shall approve it as cancelled only after receiving a valid written notice from you. 

Incomplete Tour

We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trekking or expedition whatever the reason, if the reason from your side.

Passport and Visas

All the clients must have a valid passport. You can obtain a Nepalese visa from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport or you can issue visa from embassy of nepal in your country.

Flight Delay/Cancellation

Flight delays and cancellation are quite often during the bad weather condition in the remote areas of Nepal.. Therefore, it is advisable to carry some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Adventure High Pass will not be responsible for any of the additional expenses.
