The Himalayan region

The Himalayan region is bordered by the incredible snowy peaks and the range throughout the region that borders Tibet. It is the most popular for adventure lovers and trekkers. The Hilly region

The Hilly region is dominated by green hills and forests. You will find Rivers and gorges along with the woods. This region has several UNESCO-listed cultural heritage sites such as Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and Changu Narayan temple. Nagarkot, Bandipur, Pokhara, and other renowned touristic places lie in this region. The Brahmin, Chhetriya, Baisya, and Sudra, all four different categories, populate these regions with great cultural harmony. They celebrate different festivals like Dashain, Tihar, Teej, Maghe Sakranti, and many more. 
 

The Terai Region

The terai region is also known as Nepals plain land region that borders India. This region is equally renowned as the grain store of Nepal. Mixed communities populate the terai region, but some indigenous groups like Tharu and Rajbanshi have been populating there for several centuries. They do have their distinct culture, festivals, foods, and lifestyles that the tourists love well. The Chitwan National Park and Bardiya National Park are two popular National parks for jungle safari tours in Nepal. Lumbini, Janakpur type os culturally significant cultural destinations are in the terai regions of Nepal.
